Summary of Employee Benefits - Plan Year 2012
All U.S. locations except Puerto Rico
The following health and welfare benefits are offered at PTGi. Eligibility to receive these benefits vary by employee type, number of hours scheduled to work, and work location. Each of the eligibility requirements are outlined in the respective Summary Plan Descriptions. These plans are identified below, along with the associated semi-monthly cost via pre-taxed payroll deductions.

| PTGi offers a 401(k) Plan that allows you to save for the future and helps you supplement your retirement income. PTGi matches 50% of the first 6% of salary deferred, with an annual maximum match of $6,000. PTGi matches on a semi-monthly basis as allocated by your current investment elections. The plan offers a Roth 401(k) option and permits catch-up contributions for participants age 50 and above. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
